4 days to desert Sahara Itinerary

Day 1Marrakech – Dades Valley :

The drive will pick you up from your hotel or Riad in Marrakech. Then start the road to Dades Valley through Tizi n Tichka crossing the high Atlas Mountains. The traditional High Atlas Berber villages. Arriving to Ouarzazate city visit the cinemas studios and Kasbah Taourirt. Continue the way to Dades gorges through Skoura and Roses valley, You will spend the night in a traditional Berber Kasbah in Dades gorges.

Day 2Dades valley – Merzouga :

In the morning after breakfast, start the road to Merzouga. By crossing Bomalne Dades, then reaching Tinghir, visit Todra Gorges, after exploring we will continue the road to Merzouga, lunch in the road, we’ll pass through Tinjdad, Jorf and Erfoud in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis of Tafilalet, and then we continue to Merzouga, arriving Merzouga, ride Camels and cross the golden sands and see the Magical sunset. Overnight and dinner in Berber tent under starry sky.

Day 3Merzouga – Aït ben Haddou :

In The early morning wake up to Have an opportunity to climb the sand dunes and see a splendid sunrise, then riding Camels back to the hotel for a shower and breakfast. After taking the road to Marrakech, by Daraa Valley passing a great desert way through Alnif, Nkob and Agdz. Arriving to Aït ben Haddou, if you have time you will have to visit Kasbah, if not you will have to visit it in the Morning. Overnight and dinner at your hotel in Aït ben Haddou valley.

Day 4Aït ben Haddou – Marrakech :

In the morning after breakfast, take a the road to Marrakech crossing the high atlas, arriving Marrakech drop you off at your accommodation.

Of all the vacations I’ve had this is one of the best. This was my second trip to Morocco. This time me and my friends really wanted to visit the desert
Starry Tours was recommended by friends and we were not disappointed.

It started with the email correspondence. By far the quickest responce time we had ever encountered. No question was to crazy. Karim took the time to know our wishes and came with a great tour. We took a 4 day trip to the Merzouga Dessert and stopped by many sites. Karim is an excellent driver and was very attentive to our needs. We felt taken care off and safe.

Tap into your adventurous site. Don’t hesitate to let Karim show you all (of the track) sites. That’s where the real gems are.
